Getting to know each other
We tell you about the work of our bureau, show you the finished album of the design project. We listen to your basic wishes regarding the composition, filling of the premises and style. We indicate the approximate terms and budget of the project.

Signing a contract
We draw up a contract with outlined conditions of the transaction and the relationship between the designer and the customer.

Preparation of technical technical design specification
We talk about your lifestyle and preferences. We discuss the composition of the premises, their equipment, materials used in the interior and color schemes.

Measurements and photo fixation of the object
We go to the site to collect information necessary
for further design.

Layout concept
We develop several options for layout concept as specifiedin your terms of reference. Together we choose the best layout option for you.

Style approval
We present the visualization of the main room, as a rule it is a living room. We talk about the concept and details. We approve the basic tone and mood of the future interior.

3D rendering
We work on the design of the rest of the premises, based on the approved concept of the common area. We present photorealistic renderings of premises after renovation, based on which you can imagine your future interior.

Album of working documents
We develop a detailed album of structural drawings required for the implementation of a design project.

Specification
We make a list of all furniture, light fittings, finishing materials, etc. used in the project.

Designer supervision
We competently interact with the construction team. We control the progress of construction work, resolve issues on time and advise contractors. The service is provided separately.

- making the necessary adjustments to the design project;
- selection of alternative finishing materials or pieces of furniture in case of replacement;
- preparation of technical specifications and further support of carpentry design;
- decor selection and placement.
What is not included in the author's support:
- admission of hidden works;
- control of compliance with construction technologies (engineering supervision);
- admission and verification of the amount of materials, furniture and equipment at the facility;
- responsibility for dishonest attitude to work and performance of contracts by third parties and contractors.
